Developed by SITA Lab, with the help of artificial intelligence and geo-navigation, the unique check-in kiosks autonomously moved to congested areas in the airport in a bid to make check-in queues a thing of the past. The trial, conducted in collaboration with Kansai Airports, were held in Terminal 1 which is served by airlines such as Air France, Air China, Cathay Pacific Airways, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, KLM, All Nippon Airways, Asiana Airlines and United Airlines. “We will work with Kansai Airport to evaluate how this new technology is able to provide an even better traveller experience at the airport.” Джерело інформації: Airport World |
