Air China и Сычуань принимают поставку своего первого самолета Airbus A350

Powered by Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engines, Sichuan Airlines’ A350-900 aircraft features a two-class cabin layout of 331 seats, 28 business, and 303 economy, while Air China’ layout of 312 seats will be divided between 32 business, 24 premium economy and 256 economy. The airlines will initially operate the new aircraft on their domestic routes, followed by flights to international destinations.

As of July 2018, Air China operates a fleet of 201 Airbus planes out of 407 aircraft, including 142 A320 Family aircraft and 59 A330 Family aircraft. Meanwhile, Sichuan Airlines operates an all Airbus fleet of 135 aircraft, including 123 A320 Family aircraft and 12 A330 Family aircraft.

According to Airbus, A350 Family firm orders from carriers in Asia-Pacific represent over a third of total sales for the type.

By the end of July 2018, Airbus recorded a total of 890 firm orders for the A350 XWB from 46 customers worldwide.
