This is de El'GyGytGyn impact crater in the arctic of Siberia (67.5 N), in a Copernicus Sentinel natural color image from 5 Aug 2018.
It is ~20 km wide and at 3.6 million yrs rather young for a crater this size. There is a lake in the crater that is almost always frozen.

This is de El'GyGytGyn impact crater in the arctic of Siberia (67.5 N), in a Copernicus Sentinel natural color image from 5 Aug 2018.
It is ~20 km wide and at 3.6 million yrs rather young for a crater this size. There is a lake in the crater that is almost always frozen.

Even closer: detail of the eroded central peak in the Copernicus Sentinel natural color image from 23 June 2019.
The rock in the center is softer than the rock around the center, and hence eroded more easily, creating the ring structure.
