Many of our followers and customers have been asking us why we still fly to places where governments have put partial bans on travel 

This is why we do it: it is our responsibility to take people home to their loved ones for as long as we can.

We’re truly sorry if the non-cancellation of some flights has affected you but as long as there is demand, we will fulfil our duty to fly to as many places as we can.

The rest of what we have been communicating remains the same and it is good to keep in mind that our colleagues behind the scenes have been affected by this the same way as our passengers have. Our contact centres are trying to do their best while being overwhelmed with endless traffic.
